Resumo: The logo is an essential element for distinguishing and identifying a company as well as, product or segment. From it are established various concepts of positive or negative about the brand it represents, so its structure, dissemination and maintenance follow detailed concepts for thus succeed. Many of these materialized speeches acquire such a level of expressiveness to the population that no longer simply "brands" and take upon themselves the assumption of identity and / or essence. This is the case with the logos of symbols used by federal authorities, State and Municipal. This political discourse is used indiscriminately and in large scale by public officials, disseminating discursive and ideological formations arising from your (s) representative (s). This work aims to analyze the speech of the logo of a municipality in the state of Pernambuco from the perspective of French Discourse Analysis, noting that the elements present in this system of production of meaning. The corpus chosen for this study is a municipal logo which features in its linguistic materiality, political discourse and circulated in different "media" during the governance period going from January 2005 to December 2008. This speech was collected from research and investigations in municipal archives, as well as in documents issued by the municipal government in the above reporting period. The theoretical basis of our work is the French Discourse Analysis (DA), is tying by its segments and constituent concepts such as discursive, ideological formations (ideologies), muting, subject positions, production conditions and interdiscourse, based the great documentary collection produced by Pêcheux, founder and the most important scholars of discourse analysis, but also admitted them in the Dubois conceptions, Maldidier and new reflections structured light of AD by Authier-Revuz and Orlandi. Already about the structuring concepts of practices related to advertising and propaganda regarding the logo, we launched hand to Carvalho materials, Martins, Cotrim and Citelli. We point out that after collection and corpus selection used as an analytical procedure the information described from the theoretical and methodological framework of AD, being our head north to the construction of this work. The analyzes were identified as the subject builder of political discourse (logo) excites the senses bringing out elements that are crystallized in the discursive memory of the individual viewer. In short, from the reflections on the subject matter, in line with the theoretical framework of discourse analysis it was conceivable that the logo constitutes an important discourse that circulates in and through language, which is a powerful representation mechanism, demarcation, positioning and expression of power.

A partir dela se instauram vários conceitos de natureza positiva ou negativa sobre a marca que ela representa, por isso, sua estruturação, disseminação e manutenção seguem detalhados conceitos para, dessa forma, serem bem sucedidas. Muitos desses discursos materializados adquirirem um nível tão grande de expressividade perante a população que deixam de ser simples marcas e tomam para si o pressuposto de identidade e/ou essência. Esse é o caso dos símbolos de logomarcas utilizadas pelos poderes Federais, Estaduais e Municipais. Esse discurso político é utilizado de forma indiscriminada e em larga escala pelos administradores públicos, disseminando formações discursivas e ideológicas decorrentes de seu (s) representante (s). Esse trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o discurso da logomarca de uma prefeitura do Estado de Pernambuco sob a ótica da Análise do Discurso de Linha Francesa, observando quais os elementos presentes nessa sistemática de produção de sentido. O corpus escolhido para esse estudo é uma logomarca municipal que apresenta em sua materialidade linguística, o discurso político e que circulou em diferentes suportes durante o período de governança que se estendeu de janeiro de 2005 a dezembro de 2008. Esse discurso foi coletado a partir de pesquisas e investigações em arquivos do município, como também em documentos expedidos pelo poder público municipal no período acima relatado. O aporte teórico do nosso trabalho é a Análise do Discurso de linha francesa (AD), atrelando-se aos seus segmentos e concepções constitutivas, como formações discursivas, ideológicas (ideologias), silenciamento, posições do sujeito, condições de produção e interdiscurso, embasados pelo grande acervo documental produzido por Pêcheux, fundador e o mais importante dos estudiosos da Análise do Discurso, como também amparamo-nos nas concepções de Dubois, Maldidier e nas novas reflexões estruturadas a luz da AD por Authier- Revuz e Orlandi. Já acerca dos conceitos estruturadores das práticas vinculadas à publicidade e a propaganda, no tocante à logomarca, lançamos mãos aos materiais de Carvalho, Martins, Cotrim e Citelli. Ressaltamos que após a coleta e seleção do corpus utilizamos como procedimento analítico as informações descritas a partir do quadro teórico-metodológico da AD, sendo ele, nosso principal norte para a construção desse trabalho. Nas análises realizadas foi possível identificar como o sujeito construtor do discurso político (Logomarca) instiga os sentidos fazendo emergir elementos que estão cristalizados na memória discursiva do sujeito telespectador. Em suma, a partir das reflexões acerca do objeto de estudo, em consonância com o marco teórico da Análise do Discurso foi possível conceber que a logomarca se constitui como um importante discurso que circula na e pela linguagem, sendo este um poderoso mecanismo de representação, demarcação, posicionamento e expressão de poder.Made available in DSpace on 2017-06-01T18:25:02Z (GMT).
