Monografia (Graduação) - Universidade Católica de Brasília, Brasília, 2005.https://repositorio.ucb.br:9443/jspui/handle/10869/2877DireitoO presente trabalho dispõe sobre a organização familiar, composta apenas por um dos progenitores e sua descendência que são as chamadas famílias monoparentais, levando em consideração à proteção constitucional a ela dada, bem como aos fatores determinantes de sua origem, como celibato, divórcio, inseminação artificial, adoção, viuvez e mães solteiras. Este trabalho, também, se aterá aos problemas oriundos da monoparentalidade, entre eles, a distribuição do pátrio poder, redução do rendimento familiar, os problemas comportamentais gerados na criança em razão da separação judicial ou do divórcio, ou mesmo em razão da disputa judicial envolvendo a guarda da criança, fazendo, assim, uma breve análise sobre a guarda alternada e a guarda compartilhada. Ainda será analisado às questões referentes à responsabilidade civil do pai ausente no desenvolvimento da criança, como também a impenhorabilidade do bem de família.The actual work, explains about the family`s social organization made by only one of the progenitors and his descendancy wich are called monopareting families, taking relevancy the constitutional protection given unto it, as well as to the determinating factors of its origin as the celibacy, divorce, artifical insemination , fostering, widowrood. The problems that come form monoparenting, among them familiar incone reduction, the behavor problems caused to judicial separation or divorce, or even by the law suits. Overseing this way, a shot analises on the alternated or shared child`s care.
