Monografia (Graduação) – Universidade Católica de Brasília, Brasília, 2012.https://repositorio.ucb.br:9443/jspui/handle/10869/1842DireitoO presente trabalho busca abordar a temática da legitimidade do Poder de Polícia da Polícia da Câmara dos Deputados, na medida em que tem causado grande controvérsia no meio jurídico vez que, várias posições divergentes se estabelecem sobre a possibilidade da Polícia Legislativa da Câmara dos Deputados investigar e instaurar inquéritos policiais, ou seja, se tem essa efetiva competência de polícia judiciária. Diante disso, frente à atualidade, acessibilidade de seu objeto, bem como a relevância social, técnica e operacional que envolve o tema da Polícia Legislativa da Câmara dos Deputados exercer a atribuição de investigação das infrações penais em contrapartida a tal atribuição constitucionalmente definida com exclusividade à Polícia Federal, justifica-se a escolha do tema para confecção do trabalho de conclusão do curso. Este trabalho pretende demonstrar os fundamentos ensejadores do conflito os quais geram a importância do tema. Para solucionar essa questão será realizada uma explanação da fundamentação legal da Polícia Legislativa da Câmara dos Deputados; uma abordagem da natureza jurídica da Polícia Legislativa; e, os vários posicionamentos divergentes que coexistem; bem como, os diversos aspectos peculiares da Polícia Legislativa da Câmara dos DeputadosThe present study attempts to address the issue of legitimacy of the Police Power of Police of the House, as has caused great controversy in the legal time, several different positions are established on the possibility of Police Legislative Chamber of Deputies investigate and initiate police investigations, or if it has the effective power of police. Therefore, forward to the present, the accessibility of its object, as well as social relevance, technical and operational issue that involves the Police Legislative Chamber of Deputies perform the assignment of investigating criminal offenses in return for such assignment constitutionally defined exclusively to Federal Police, justified the choice of theme for making the work of completing the course. This article discusses the fundamentals of the conflict which generate the importance of the topic.
