Monografia (Graduação) - Universidade Católica de Brasília, Brasília, 2012.https://repositorio.ucb.br:9443/jspui/handle/10869/2849DireitoO presente trabalho busca conhecer a real situação em que se encontra a medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade no Distrito Federal, verificando sua eficácia, qual seja a reintegração do adolescente na sociedade, fazendo com que retorne à vida familiar e comunitária, de forma que não reincida em práticas infracionais. De modo inicial, procurou abordar alguns aspectos gerais, tais como a evolução histórica das legislações que tratam o menor e os princípios inerentes a eles, obtendo como maior enfoque a situação infracional. Passando a demonstrar os procedimentos de apuração desta situação, ou seja, quando do cometimento de ato infracional, quais são as possíveis medidas socioeducativas passíveis de aplicação quando de sua prática, explicitando de forma geral essas medidas e obtendo como foco maior a medida de semiliberdade. Procurou apresentar uma análise particularizada neste regime, considerando os vários fatores que influenciam no seu cumprimento, visando seu procedimento e transparecendo as dificuldades que impedem seu efetivo sucesso.This paper seeks to know the real situation which is the measure of socio semiliberty the Federal District, verifying their effectiveness, which is the reintegration of adolescents in society, making return to family and community life, so that in practice not reoffend infractions. In the initial mode, sought to address some general aspects, such as the historical evolution of laws that treat the smallest and the principles inherent in them, like getting more focus the situation infraction.Turning to demonstrate the procedures for calculation of this situation, ie, when the commission of an offense, what are the possible social and educational measures liable to enforcement when their practice, explaining in general these measures and focus on obtaining a greater measure semiliberty.
