Tendo identificado a relutância da doutrina em aceitar o uso de garantias nos contratos de factoring, o autor demonstra como nossa lei civil admite o referido uso, trazendo ainda à colação julgados de nosso tribunais que demonstram estar havendo uma evolução do pensamento sobre o tema.The writer intends to demonstrate how the factoring activity works in the brazilian legal system, showing how He believes to be possible the use of obligations and security interests to secur the contracts of that nature.
