Resumo: Appeared after March 13, 1989, the web has disrupted our social practices, penetrated our social habits, our intimacies like no other technology. Since 2018, more than 50% of the world's population has access to the Internet and all countries in the world are connected to the web. In the second quarter of 2021, 60% of humanity, or 5.27 billion people, are connected. The biggest increase in a single year is between 2020 and 2021, with 7% more Internet users in the world population. And every second, 10 new Internet users appear, while humanity spends an average of 100 days per year on the Internet. The other important part of the Internet is social networks, in other words "a social networked world". Created around 2005, they will revolutionise the way of surfing the Internet. The recommendation of content, which is omnipresent on these platforms, is changing the way in which individuals get information or consume. In short, the Internet and its components represent the new Tower of Babel, allowing humanity to regain power. In this new configuration of the world, a question turns out to be timely: on the circulation of myths on social networks : myth or reality ?   Since sacred myth is a narrative that gives meaning and coherence to the human adventure, is there any mutation, rewriting or phagocytosis ?  This is the object of our comparative reflection.
