Technology-mediated communication: possibilities for inclusive education

Resumo: This research aims to discuss students’ communication in inclusive education during remote teaching. It also aims to seek information about the possibilities and difficulties regarding remote education for students of inclusive education, to analyze the specificities of some deficiencies, and think possibilities for a remote education as an accessible communication in this teaching format. Therefore, it has made, in the first moment, a literary review and applied a questionary for teachers of regular teaching and of Specialized Educational Care (SEC) and to the management team of public and private schools. The questionary has four questions about the moment of social withdrawal that we are living. In the sequence, it has analyzed the answers and discussed based on the constructed theoretical framework, trying to understand the school’s reality about the remote teaching to inclusive education. In front of this panorama, it concludes that the teaching methodologies have remodeled, resignifying the actions from a new concept that the pandemic brought.  It has been found inside the term Education for All, in a general way, the students are being attended, considering their specificities. However, communication difficulties and access from referred to the depositions, that can influence the student’s learnings. Actions as the family partnership and linked strategies are expected to reach the student.

Actions as the family partnership and linked strategies are expected to reach the student.Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral discutir  a comunicação de alunos de educação inclusiva no ensino remoto.  Objetiva também buscar informações acerca das possibilidades e dificuldades quanto ao ensino remoto para alunos da educação inclusiva, analisar as especificidades de algumas deficiências e pensar possibilidades para um ensino remoto bem como para uma comunicação acessível nesse formato de ensino. Para tanto, fez-se, em um primeiro momento,  uma revisão da literatura e aplicou-se um questionário a professores de ensino regular e de Atendimento Educacional Especializado - AEE - e as equipes diretivas de escolas públicas e privadas de uma cidade da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre, contendo quatro perguntas sobre o momento de afastamento social pelo qual estamos passando. Na sequência, as respostas obtidas  foram analisadas e discutidas à luz do referencial teórico construído, buscando compreender a realidade nas escolas quanto ao ensino remoto para a Educação Inclusiva. Diante do panorama encontrado, concluiu-se que as metodologias de ensino foram remodeladas, ressignificando as ações a partir de um novo conceito trazido pela pandemia. Verificou-se, também que, dentro do termo Educação para Todos, de uma forma geral, os alunos estão sendo atendidos, considerando suas especificidades. Todavia, dificuldades de comunicação e de acessos foram referidos nos depoimentos, os quais podem influenciar nas aprendizagens dos alunos.
