Resumo: The present work will analyze the image rights, enshrined in the national legal system, from the virtual classes taught during a pandemic period caused by Sars Cov 2, popularly known as Corona Virus, or Covid-19, measuring so to speak the animus of the student when asked by the teacher to have his camera turned on at the time of classes. The textual methodological corpus of this research will be done in a tripartite manner, where at first we will make an analysis of the legal concept of image, in the infraconstitutional laws, tracing a historical itinerary. Later, we will analyze how image rights are espoused in the texts of the Federal Constitution of 1988. Finally, in the third moment, the analysis of the collected results will be made, through a closed questionnaire applied to students of higher education.

O corpus metodológico textual dessa pesquisa se fará de modo tripartite, onde no primeiro momento a princípio faremos uma análise sobre o conceito jurídico de imagem, nas leis infraconstitucionais, traçando um itinerário histórico. Posteriormente, analisaremos como direito de imagem está esposado nos textos da Constituição Federal de 1988.
