Productivity of sugarcane in Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás: a Resource-Based View analysis

Resumo: Based on the Resource-Based View (VBR) theory, this work analyzed how the internal resources of the rural sugarcane properties in the states of Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás influence their agricultural performance. It was an applied exploratory study, involving a field research with 148 rural producers. The quantitative analysis revealed differences between the sugarcane production patterns in the two study regions.
