Resumo: | The study stressed the aspects related to the Quality of Working Life (QWL) of the Military Police in Paraná State (Brazil). Therefore, the Biopsychosocial and Organizational Integrating Model (BPSO) was used with Organizational Justice for Well-Being in the public service, in the context of the Military Police of Paraná (PMPR). For data collection, the questionnaire proposed by the model was used, answered by 6,054 military police officers. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study with quantitative approach. The constructs Quality of Working Life (QWL), Organizational Justice in the Public Service, and Well-Being in the Public Service were analyzed. Data were analyzed using the Knowledge Discovery Database (KDD) process, using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique - SMOTE algorithm to balance the meta attribute classes; the Wrapper algorithm for attribute selection; the Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS) to correlation-based selection algorithm; the Decision Tree (AD) algorithm J.48 and the Logistic Regression Algorithm. In data exploration, it was possible to observe the profile of the responding officers, to verify the satisfaction data in each variable of the constructs and, at the end, to measure a general index of QWL (IQWL). The words that most express QWL for military police officers were verified, as well as it was possible to indicate the variables with the greatest potential to explain the choice of words and to classify professionals in the classes of high, medium or low IQWL. The Paraná´s military police officer was classified in the General Index of average QWL, located in a zone of dissatisfaction. The social domain had the lowest index in the BPSO, while Well-Being in the public service was the domain with the highest index. The results point the need to develop public policies of Quality of Working Life of the military police, especially in relation to health and professional development, which enable the improvement of the level of satisfaction regarding aspects of QWL, Organizational Justice and Well-Being. |

Para tanto, empregou-se o modelo integrador Biopsicossocial e Organizacional (BPSO) com Justiça Organizacional para o Bem-estar no serviço público, no contexto da Polícia Militar do Paraná (PMPR). Para a coleta de dados utilizou-se o questionário proposto pelo modelo, respondido por 6.054 policiais militares. Trata-se de estudo descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa, de corte transversal. Foram analisados os construtos Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT), Justiça Organizacional no serviço público (JOSP) e Bem-estar no serviço público (BESP). Os dados foram analisados por meio do processo de Descoberta de Conhecimento em Base de Dados (DCBD), utilizando o algoritmo Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique - SMOTE para balancear as classes do atributo meta; o algoritmo Wrapper de seleção de atributos; o algoritmo Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS) de seleção baseada em correlação; o algoritmo de Árvore de Decisão (AD) J.48 e o algoritmo Logistic de Regressão Logística. Na exploração de dados foi possível observar o perfil dos PMs respondentes, verificar os índices de satisfação em cada variável dos construtos e ao final mensurar um índice geral de QVT (IQVT). Verificaram-se as palavras que mais expressam a QVT para os policiais militares, assim como foi possível indicar as variáveis com maior potencial de explicar a escolha das palavras e de classificar os profissionais nas classes de alto, médio ou baixo IQVT. O policial militar do Paraná foi classificado no Índice Geral de QVT médio, situado numa zona de insatisfação. O domínio social apresentou o menor índice no BPSO, enquanto o Bem-estar no serviço público foi o domínio que apresentou o maior índice.
