Resumo: This study was developed from the perspective of the Resource-Based View theory - RBV, which deals with the capabilities and resources of the company that generate competitive advantage. These resources can be defined as tangible and intangible assets, being that human capital is considered one of the most valuable resources of organizations. That is why it is important to perform human capital management efficiently, it will bring significant results to the organization with a focus on innovations that can improve or even create new products, services and processes. The organizations need to develop continuously their capacity for innovation, since the companies do not compete for new products, but for the capacity to develop them, bringing products and services with more quality to the market, and improving internal processes. In this way, the companies with high innovation performances will be better prepared to work in constantly changing environments. Thus, the dynamic capacity of the company has a strong relation with its capacity for innovation. So, this study had as main purpose to understand if the innovation process is being influenced by the practices related to human capital management in an Agro-industrial Cooperative, within the context of dynamic capabilities. It was used the qualitative approach as methodology by the descriptive case study of transversal nature. As data collection instruments, semi-structured interviews were conducted with ten employees of the Cooperative, among these, there were managers, coordinator and employees in the operational and administrative areas. It also counted with the participant observation and the documents and files survey of the company in the data collection. For the data analysis, it was used the content analysis in the thematic modality and the triangulation technique. The main results showed that there are several tools and programs that enable the generation of innovation, among them the CCQ and Six Sigma, which in a period of 5 years that they have been implemented; they bring approximately 400 improvements in several areas of the Cooperative. On the one hand, the results showed that the numbers of innovations could be higher if human capital management focused more on stimulating innovations in the organizational context. It occurs because the innovations, in many cases, do not occur by their own initiative, but because of the demands of the market and the customers. It also verified that the number of improvement projects are increasing gradually, perhaps not in the manner expected. However, it is understood that this is the way to become a more innovative company. It was also observed that the gap between innovate and the capacity needs of the Cooperative to innovate is restricted by the management, policies and the guidelines for innovation. On the other hand, in the approach of the dynamic capacities present in the innovation management in the Cooperative, it was noticed that the company has a great knowledge of its market and, mainly, what are the factors that can influence the changes in its diverse areas of business. That is why it is prepared for environmental contingencies and the dynamism of the market.

De ahí la importancia de hacer la gestión del capital humano de manera eficiente para traer resultados significativos para la organización centrada en las innovaciones que puedan mejorar o crear nuevos productos, servicios y / o processos. Las organizaciones necesitan desarrollar continuamente su capacidad de innovación, ya que las empresas no compiten por nuevos productos, pero su capacidad para desarrollarlas,trayendo productos y servicios con mayor calidad en el mercado, además de mejorar los procesos internos. De esa forma, las empresas que poseen altos resultados innovadores estarán mejor preparados para trabajar en entornos cambiantes. Así, la capacidad dinámica de la empresa tiene una fuerte relación con su capacidad de innovación. Por lo tando, el objetivo de este estudio fue entender si el proceso de innovación está siendo influenciado por las prácticas relacionadas a la gestión del capital humano en una Cooperativa Agroindustrial, en el contexto de las capacidades dinâmicas. La metodología utilizada fue un abordaje cualitativa a través del estudio de caso descriptivo de carácter transversal. Como instrumentos de recolección de datos se llevaron a cabo entrevistas semiestructuradas con diez empleados de la Cooperativa, entre ellos gerentes, coordinadores y personal de las áreas operativas/administrativas. También se incluye la observación participante y el levantado de los documentos y archivos de la empresa en la recolección de datos. Para el análisis de los datos, se utilizó el análisis de contenido en la modalidad temática y la técnica de triangulación. Los principales resultados muestran que hay varias herramientas y programas que permiten la generación de innovación, dentre ellos CCQ y Seis Sigma, que en un período de cinco años se han ejecutado aproximadamente 400 mejoras en diversas áreas de la Cooperativa.Por otro lado, se observó que los números de innovaciones podrían ser mayores si la gestión del capital humano tuviese más foco para estimular las innovaciones en el contexto de la organización. Esto se debe a las innovaciones, que en muchos casos no se producen por sí mismos, pero debido a las demandas del mercado y de los clientes. También se determinó que la cantidad de proyectos de mejoras están aumentando gradualmente, tal vez no de la manera esperada. Sin embargo, se entiende que esta es la manera de ser una empresa más innovadora. También se encontró que la brecha entre la necesidad de innovar y la capacidad de la Cooperativa de innovar está restringido por cuenta de la gestión , de las políticas y de las directrices encaminadas a la innovación. Por otro lado, el abordaje de las capacidades dinámicas presentes en la gestión de la innovación en la Cooperativa, se dio cuenta de que la empresa conoce muy bien su mercado y, sobre todo, cuáles son los factores que pueden influir en los cambios en sus distintas áreas de negocio. Debido a esto, está preparada para las contingencias ambientales y la dinámicidad del mercado.Este estudo foi desenvolvido a partir da perspectiva da teoria da Visão Baseada em Recursos – VBR, que trata das capacidades e recursos da empresa que geram vantagem competitiva. Recursos estes que podem ser definidos como ativos tangíveis e intangíveis, sendo que o capital humano é considerado um dos recursos mais valiosos das organizações. Por isso da importância de realizar a gestão do capital humano de forma eficiente, para que traga resultados significativos à organização com foco em inovações, que possam melhorar ou ainda criar novos produtos, serviços e/ou processos. As organizações necessitam desenvolver de forma contínua a sua capacidade de inovação, uma vez que as empresas não competem por novos produtos, mas sim pela capacidade de desenvolvê-los, trazendo produtos e serviços com mais qualidade para o mercado, além de melhorar os processos internos. Dessa forma, as empresas que possuírem altos desempenhos inovadores estarão melhores preparadas para trabalhar em ambientes de constantes mudanças. Assim, a capacidade dinâmica da empresa tem uma forte relação com a sua capacidade de inovação. Portanto, este estudo teve como objetivo geral compreender se o processo de inovação está sendo influenciado pelas práticas relacionadas a gestão do capital humano em uma Cooperativa Agroindustrial, dentro do contexto das capacidades dinâmicas. Os principais resultados evidenciaram que há diversas ferramentas e programas que viabilizam a geração de inovação, dentre eles o CCQ e o Seis Sigma, que em um período de 5 anos já implementaram, aproximadamente, 400 melhorias em diversas áreas da Cooperativa. Por outro lado, percebeu-se que os números de inovações poderiam ser mais elevados, se a gestão do capital humano focasse mais no sentido de estimular as inovações no contexto organizacional. Isso porque as inovações, em muitos casos, não ocorrem por iniciativa própria, mas sim por conta das demandas do mercado e dos clientes. Também se averiguou que a quantidade de projetos de melhorias estão aumentando gradativamente, talvez não da forma como se espera. No entanto, compreende-se que este seja o caminho para se tornar uma empresa mais inovadora. Constatou-se ainda que a lacuna entre a necessidade de inovar e a capacidade da Cooperativa para inovar se restringe por conta da gestão, das políticas e das diretrizes voltadas à inovação. Por outro lado, na abordagem das capacidades dinâmicas presentes na gestão da inovação na Cooperativa, percebeu-se que a empresa conhece muito bem o seu mercado e, principalmente, quais são os fatores que podem influenciar as mudanças nas suas diversas áreas de negócio. description This study was developed from the perspective of the Resource-Based View theory - RBV, which deals with the capabilities and resources of the company that generate competitive advantage. These resources can be defined as tangible and intangible assets, being that human capital is considered one of the most valuable resources of organizations. That is why it is important to perform human capital management efficiently, it will bring significant results to the organization with a focus on innovations that can improve or even create new products, services and processes. The organizations need to develop continuously their capacity for innovation, since the companies do not compete for new products, but for the capacity to develop them, bringing products and services with more quality to the market, and improving internal processes. In this way, the companies with high innovation performances will be better prepared to work in constantly changing environments. Thus, the dynamic capacity of the company has a strong relation with its capacity for innovation. So, this study had as main purpose to understand if the innovation process is being influenced by the practices related to human capital management in an Agro-industrial Cooperative, within the context of dynamic capabilities. It was used the qualitative approach as methodology by the descriptive case study of transversal nature. As data collection instruments, semi-structured interviews were conducted with ten employees of the Cooperative, among these, there were managers, coordinator and employees in the operational and administrative areas. It also counted with the participant observation and the documents and files survey of the company in the data collection. For the data analysis, it was used the content analysis in the thematic modality and the triangulation technique. The main results showed that there are several tools and programs that enable the generation of innovation, among them the CCQ and Six Sigma, which in a period of 5 years that they have been implemented; they bring approximately 400 improvements in several areas of the Cooperative. On the one hand, the results showed that the numbers of innovations could be higher if human capital management focused more on stimulating innovations in the organizational context. It occurs because the innovations, in many cases, do not occur by their own initiative, but because of the demands of the market and the customers. It also verified that the number of improvement projects are increasing gradually, perhaps not in the manner expected. However, it is understood that this is the way to become a more innovative company. It was also observed that the gap between innovate and the capacity needs of the Cooperative to innovate is restricted by the management, policies and the guidelines for innovation. On the other hand, in the approach of the dynamic capacities present in the innovation management in the Cooperative, it was noticed that the company has a great knowledge of its market and, mainly, what are the factors that can influence the changes in its diverse areas of business. That is why it is prepared for environmental contingencies and the dynamism of the market.
