Resumo: | Combating the excessive judicialization of conflicts, without obstructing access to justice as a way to guarantee rights and overcome inequalities, has been at the center of relevant debates in recent decades. The main objective of this article is to analyze the litigation phenomenon, based on data presented in the CNJ Reports, and then investigate how the use of self-compositive conflict resolution methods and other de-judicialization initiatives in a broader context of access to justice can contribute to the adequate resolution of conflicts, guaranteeing the enforcement of rights, overcoming inequalities, and achieving social pacification. |
