This article presents the topic related to experiences and changes during the pandemic at CAPS Amazônia. The transformations took place through public policies and decrees between the years 2020 and 2021, so the decrees were implemented to reconfigure the space and services for users in defense of the social rights and mental health of professionals and users. at. During the transformations, a waiting room was implemented, for qualified assistance, with careful assistance. Having as a general objective the understanding and the main causes of the difficulties in the attendance of the user population of the CAPS Amazônia during the period of Covid-19, years 2020 and 2021, having as specific objectives, to know the trajectory of the health policy, to study the consequences of the pandemic in the years 2020 and 2021 and learn about the work process of the Social Worker during the Covid-19 pandemic. The objective of the CAPS is to promote the provision of mental health services and social monitoring of users, reintegrating them into social life in the family environment.
