Discourses on Physics Degree documents at two public institutions

Resumo: This article analyzes the curricular reforms of the Physics degree courses at the Universidade Federal do Maranhão and the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. The aim was to understand the links between the training of Physics graduates and Physics undergraduates, based on the curricular proposals of these courses. The analysis and theoretical and methodological procedures were supported by French Discourse Analysis, based on the work of Eni Orlandi. The results revealed a strong positivist influence in the initial proposals for the Physics degree curriculum of the two degrees, which favored a bachelor's degree. The initial proposals were reflected in the current curricula at both universities, but there were also significant differences between them. The Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina has increased the workload of teaching practice activities in addition to the supervised internship, while the Universidade Federal do Maranhão has increased the workload of subjects that are common to the bachelor's degree, even though there has been no official reform.

El objetivo fue comprender los vínculos entre la formación de licenciados y graduados en Física, a partir de las propuestas curriculares de esos programas. Los análisis y procedimientos teóricos y metodológicos se apoyaron en el Análisis del Discurso Francés, basado en el trabajo de Eni Orlandi. Los resultados revelaron una fuerte influencia positivista en las propuestas iniciales del plan de estudios de la licenciatura en Física de las dos titulaciones, que favorecían la licenciatura. Las propuestas iniciales se reflejaron en los planes de estudio actuales de ambas universidades, pero también hubo diferencias significativas entre ellos. La Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina aumentó la carga lectiva de las actividades de prácticas docentes, además de las prácticas tuteladas, mientras que la Universidade Federal de Maranhão aumentó la carga lectiva de las asignaturas comunes a la licenciatura, aunque no hubo reforma oficial.Analisaram-se reformas curriculares do curso de Licenciatura em Física da Universidade Federal do Maranhão e da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Buscou-se compreender aproximações entre a formação do licenciado em Física e do bacharel em Física, a partir de proposições curriculares desses cursos. As análises e os procedimentos teóricos e metodológicos tiveram apoio na Análise do Discurso de vertente francesa, a partir de produções de Eni Orlandi. Os resultados revelaram forte influência positivista nas proposições iniciais do currículo da Licenciatura em Física das duas licenciaturas que favorecem uma formação bacharelesca. Observaram-se reflexos das proposições iniciais nos currículos atuais nas duas universidades, mas notaram-se também significativas diferenças entre eles.
