Collaborative work in the initial training of the teacher who teaches Mathematics

Resumo: This article presents and discusses the results of a qualitative research conducted with the objective of analyzing the learnings resulting from a study developed with academics from the undergraduate courses in Mathematics and Pedagogy that work together in the planning, elaboration and development of mathematical workshops for elementary school students, prioritizing collaborative work and reflective practice focused on teaching mathematics. The research subjects are four undergraduate students of a Mathematics course and three of Pedagogy course, from the State University of Amazonas. Interviews, workshops and dialogues were the methodological strategies for the construction of the research data that were analyzed through a triangulation. The results obtained indicate that collaborative work can strengthen learning and approximate courses that form professionals for the teaching of mathematics.

Os sujeitos da pesquisa são quatro licenciandos de um curso de Licenciatura em Matemática e três de Pedagogia, da Universidade do Estado do Amazonas. Entrevistas, elaboração de oficinas e rodas de diálogos foram as estratégias metodológicas para a construção dos dados da pesquisa que foram analisados por meio de uma triangulação.
