Resumo: | This academic text objectifies to present the initial reflexions from a search in process in a Public School in Maranhão State that aim to contribute for a knowledge's around of a continuous and initial mathematic teacher's formation process showing how a continued formation mediated for writing and reading contributes for the mathematic teacher's professional development of Final grades of Elementary School The discussion about continuous formation, the groups academic collaborative work and the process of writing and reading in Mathematic Education consider references theoretical: Gonçalves (2006), Zeichner (1998); Ferreira; Miorim (2003); Fiorentini; Nacarato (2005), Mizukami (2006), Tardif; Lessard; Gauthier (2000) and Lopes; Nacarato (2009). It presents some dates from a qualitative search in the form of a case study and from participant observation, involving a group of three Mathematic teachers from Final Grades in the Elementary School which assume the perspective of an academic collaborative work. |

It presents some dates from a qualitative search in the form of a case study and from participant observation, involving a group of three Mathematic teachers from Final Grades in the Elementary School which assume the perspective of an academic collaborative work.Este trabalho tem por objeto apresentar as reflexões iniciais de uma pesquisa em andamento, numa escola pública do Estado do Maranhão, que visa contribuir para a produção do conhecimento em torno da formação inicial e contínua do professor de Matemática, revelando como uma formação continuada mediada pela escrita e leitura contribui para o desenvolvimento profissional do professor de matemática das Séries Finais do Ensino Fundamental. As discussões sobre a formação continuada, os grupos de trabalhos colaborativos e os processos de escrita e leitura em Educação Matemática consideram os referenciais teóricos: Gonçalves (2006), Zeichner (1998); Ferreira; Miorim (2003); Fiorentini; Nacarato (2005), Mizukami (2006), Tardif; Lessard; Gauthier (2000) e Lopes; Nacarato (2009).
