Resumo: The present research analyzed the history of spontaneous generation through the Fleckian lens in textbooks. Excerpts from 10 PNLD/PNLEM textbooks (2017) were selected, performing a discursive textual analysis. Through this, elements that went against the epistemological reflections left by Fleck (2010) were detected, portraying a science predominantly absent from historical, social and cultural aspects, which lead to the distortion of the historiography of this microscenario. The absence of these elements induces a manualized, linear and rigid science. It is also added that a more complete approach to historiography can make teaching more stimulating and reflective, developing critical thinking in the student and contributing to a greater understanding of scientific content

También se agrega que un abordaje más completo de la historiografía puede hacer que la enseñanza sea más estimulante y reflexiva, desarrollando el pensamiento crítico en el alumno y contribuyendo a una mayor comprensión de los contenidos científicosA presente pesquisa analisou a história da geração espontânea através da lente Fleckiana em livros didáticos. Foram selecionados trechos de 10 livros didáticos do PNLD/PNLEM (2017), realizando-se uma análise textual discursiva. Através disso, detectaram-se elementos que foram de encontro às reflexões epistemológicas deixadas por Fleck (2010), retratando uma ciência predominantemente ausente de aspectos históricos, sociais e culturais, que levam à distorção da historiografia deste microcenário. A ausência desses elementos induz a uma ciência manualizada, linear e enrijecida.
