2ND POLYNOMIAL FUNCTION: A DIDACTIC SEQUENCE SUPPORTED IN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Resumo: | This article reports the application of a didactic sequence on the content polynomial function of the second grade using different technological resources, ascertaining its pertinence in terms of favoring students' participation in a more effective learning in the mathematics discipline. This didactic sequence was structured in five meetings, in which the study of the polynomial function of the second degree was approached using technological apparatuses, softwares, simulators, among other didactic tools. The didactic proposal was applied in a first year high school class of a public school in the city of Passo Fundo, RS. The instrument used for the data collection in the research was the logbook filled out by the professor-researcher at the end of each meeting. At the end, it is possible to infer that the use of different technological resources in a Mathematics class can contribute to the learning of this subject, allowing students to manipulate, interact, visualize, verify, reflect and construct situations that help them in the knowledge, thus making classes more dynamic, participatory and meaningful. |

Tal sequência didática foi estruturada em cinco encontros, nos quais o estudo da função polinomial do 2° grau foi abordado utilizando-se de aparatos tecnológicos, softwares e simuladores.
