Foreground's structuring concepts under the lenses of brazilian research

Resumo: The present work was guided by the objective of investigating the structuring concepts of the foreground developed in Brazilian research, when investigating the structuring of foreground from students. It is in the field of Critical Mathematical Education (EMC), the theoretical basis of this study, that the concept of foreground is put on screen, in the context of education, referring to the desires and expectations that individuals create, the way each one sees his future. This is a qualitative research, developed through an exploratory bibliographic study, focusing on the analysis of Brazilian theses and dissertations publicated until the year 2020. Data analysis was developed through Discursive Textual Analysis. As result of the analysis of the selected material, emphasizes the understanding of the foreground concept, based on intentions, motives and meanings, possibilities and obstacles of the social context and characteristics of assignment.

Es en el campo de la Educación Matemática Crítica (EMC), base teórica de este estudio, que se pone en pantalla el concepto de foreground en el contexto de la educación, haciendo referencia a los deseos y expectativas que los individuos crean y la forma en que cada uno ve su proprio futuro. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, desarrollada mediante un estudio bibliográfico exploratorio, centrado en el análisis de publicaciones de tesis y disertaciones brasileñas hasta el año 2020. El análisis de datos se desarrolló a través del Análisis Textual Discursivo. Como resultado del análisis del material seleccionado, se destaca la comprensión del concepto de foreground a partir de las intenciones, motivos y significados, posibilidades y obstáculos del contexto social y atribución de características.Este trabalho guiou-se pelo objetivo de investigar os conceitos estruturantes de foreground desenvolvidos nas pesquisas brasileiras, quando da investigação da estruturação do foreground de estudantes. É no campo da Educação Matemática Crítica (EMC), base teórica deste estudo, que o conceito de foreground é colocado em tela no âmbito da educação, referindo-se aos desejos e expectativas que os indivíduos criam, à forma como cada um vê o seu futuro. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, desenvolvido por meio de um estudo bibliográfico de caráter exploratório, tomando como foco de análise publicações de teses e dissertações brasileiras até o ano de 2020. A análise de dados foi desenvolvida através da Análise Textual Discursiva.
