Resumo: | The present text aims to explain the interrelation between Pibid and the emergence of the Residência Pedagógica Program, in the context of teacher training policies in the first two decades of this century. This qualitative study relies on documentary observation and approaches the technique of Collective Subject Discourse (Lefèvre; Lefèvre, 2005), through the analysis of information from Forpibid. The analysis demonstrates that the social movement had cycles that adapted to the demands of the base and the possibilities of confrontation, which evolved in the direction of the struggles, engaging in battles and achieving victories in all or part of what they claimed, the maintenance of Pibid. The continuity was marked by the coexistence of Pibid with the Residência Pedagógica, sharing its pedagogical design, although some specific measures were observed that brought significant tensions at the time of its implementation, such as the connection with the BNCC. The growing political articulation in the defenses that impacted the processes of teacher initiation and teacher training was notorious. Restoring funding conditions and realigning with the intentions of pre-coup educational policies are seen as immediate advances, as a resumption of actions that gave strength to achievements and allowed resistance to the dismantling experienced. |

Estudio de enfoque cualitativo que recurre a la observación documental y aproximaciones a la técnica del Discurso del Sujeto Colectivo (Lefèvre; Lefèvre, 2005), a través del análisis de informes del Forpibid. El análisis demuestra que el movimiento social tuvo ciclos que se adaptaron a las demandas de la base a las posibilidades de enfrentamiento, las cuales evolucionaron en la dirección de las luchas, librando batallas y conquistas en su totalidad o en parte, de lo que reivindicaban, la continuidad del Pibid. La continuidad se caracterizó por la coexistencia del Pibid con el Residência Pedagógica, compartiendo su diseño pedagógico, aunque se observaron algunas medidas específicas que generaron tensiones significativas en el momento de su implementación, como la vinculación con la BNCC. Fue notable el creciente de la articulación política en las defensas que impactaron en los procesos de iniciación a la docencia y la formación de profesoras(es). Recuperar las condiciones de financiamiento y realinear las intenciones de las políticas educativas previas al golpe se inscriben como avances inmediatos, como la reanudación de acciones que dieron potencia a los logros y permitieron resistir los desmantelamientos vividos.O presente texto tem como objetivo explicitar a inter-relação entre o Pibid e o surgimento do Programa Residência Pedagógica, no contexto das políticas de formação de professoras(es) nas duas primeiras décadas desse século. Estudo de abordagem qualitativa recorrendo à observação documental e aproximações à técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (Lefèvre; Lefèvre, 2005), por meio da análise de informativos do Forpibid. A análise demonstra que o movimento social teve ciclos que se adequaram às demandas da base às possibilidades de enfrentamento, as quais evoluíram no direcionamento das lutas, travando embates e conquistas no todo, ou parte, do que reivindicavam, a manutenção do Pibid. A continuidade foi marcada pela coexistência do Pibid com o Residência Pedagógica, dividindo seu desenho pedagógico, embora tenham sido observadas algumas medidas específicas que trouxeram significativos tensionamentos à época de sua implantação, a exemplo da vinculação com a BNCC. Foi notório o crescente da articulação política nas defesas que impactaram nos processos de iniciação à docência e a formação de professoras(es).
