Resumo: This article is the result of a qualitative research, with a descriptive analytical character, which aimed to investigate the initiatives in the induction process with beginning literacy teachers. With the analysis of the data, we found that although there is no systematic project or program aimed at receiving the beginning teachers. In addition, about the difficulties and challenges faced by the teacher, a crucial point in the literacy process involves the inclusion of students with disorders, with learning difficulties or with some disability.

Los estudios de García, Huberman, Shulman y Wong apoyaron la construcción del marco teórico y el análisis de datos. Encontramos, con el análisis de datos, que aún no existe un programa de inducción dirigido a recibir maestros principiantes. Además, con respecto a las dificultades y desafíos que enfrenta el maestro, un punto crucial en el proceso de alfabetización es la inclusión de estudiantes con trastornos, dificultades de aprendizaje o discapacidades.O presente artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, de caráter descritivo analítico, que objetivou investigar as iniciativas no processo de indução com professores alfabetizadores iniciantes. Os estudos de García, Huberman, Shulman e Wong apoiaram a construção do referencial teórico e da análise de dados. Constatamos, com a análise dos dados, que ainda não há um programa de indução voltado para receber os professores iniciantes.
