Traditional Northeast Dances on the School Floor: reports of an experience

Resumo: This dance/educational study aims at understanding the impacts generated from the pedagogical practice with Traditional Northeastern Dances at the School for Reference in Middle School Sizenando Silveira (EREM Size), in the year 2022. Therefore, we organized the text based on two theoretical foundations, which are: (1) The EREM Size, the Curriculum of Pernambuco and the Traditional Northeastern Dances, and (2) Formation of authors in Dance: possibilities based on the repertoires of the Traditional Northeastern Dances. Then, we reflected about the teaching-learning processes with the mentioned dances at school and their implications in the teacher and in the students. With this work, we realize how much the repertoires of these dances are sources of knowledge and can/should be used as a means for a transgressive education, which begins in the body and its social markers.

Por lo tanto, organizamos el texto basado en dos fundamentos teóricos, a saber: (1) EREM Size, el Currículo de Pernambuco y las Danzas Tradicionales del Nordeste, y (2) Formación de autores en Danza: posibilidades a partir de los repertorios de Danzas Tradicionales del Nordeste. Luego, reflexionamos sobre los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje con estas danzas en la escuela y sus implicaciones para maestros y estudiantes. Con este trabajo, nos dimos cuenta de que  los repertorios de estas danzas son fuentes de conocimiento y deben ser utilizados como medios para una educación transgresora que comienza en los cuerpos y sus marcadores sociales.Este estudo dançante/educativo tem como objetivo compreender os impactos gerados a partir da prática pedagógica com as Danças Tradicionais do Nordeste realizada na Escola de Referencia em Ensino Medio Sizenando Silveira (EREM Size), no ano de 2022. Desse modo, organizamos o texto a partir de duas fundamentações teóricas, são elas: (1) A EREM Size, o Currículo de Pernambuco e as Danças Tradicionais do Nordeste, e (2) Formação de autores/autoras/autories em Dança: possibilidades a partir dos repertórios das Danças Tradicionais do Nordeste. Em seguida, refletimos acerca dos processos de ensino-aprendizagem com as referidas danças na escola e suas implicações  no/na/ne docente e nos/nas/nes estudantes.
