The challenges and curricular possibilities of the Fashion Design Course at the Federal University of Ceara, in front of Covid-19

Resumo: The curriculum of the Design-Fashion course at the Federal University of Ceara (UFC) is the object of constant reflection both by its Collegiate and by the part Structuring Teaching Nucleus (NDE), which considers the student, the professor, the institution, the market, the socio-political scenario and the country's regulatory bodies. If thinking about the curriculum in its multiple dimensions is already a challenge in nature, the difficulties increase when this reflection is urgently required, in the face of a pandemic that affects us in all dimensions. This article aims to present the challenges and curricular possibilities of the Design - Fashion course at UFC against Covid 19. Methodologically, this is an action research that started with the bibliographic review around the categories curriculum and heigher education and was taking shape with the results obtained in field research with the teaching and student bodies. The data obtained guided the proposals for action that seemed more appropriate to the context of the pandemic.

The data obtained guided the proposals for action that seemed more appropriate to the context of the pandemic.  El curriculum de la carrera de Diseño-Moda de la Universidad Federal de Ceará (UFC) es objeto de  constante reflexión, tanto por parte de su Colegiado  como del Núcleo Estructurante de Enseñanza (NDE),  que considera al alumno, al docente, a la institución,  al mercado, el escenario sociopolítico y los  organismos reguladores del país. Si pensar el  curriculum en sus múltiples dimensiones ya es un  desafío por naturaleza, las dificultades aumentan  cuando se demanda con urgencia esta reflexión, ante una pandemia que nos afecta en todas las  dimensiones. Este artículo tiene como objetivo  presentar los desafíos y posibilidades curriculares del curso Diseño - Moda de la UFC frente al Covid 19. Metodológicamente, se trata de una investigación  acción que se inició con una revisión bibliográfica en  torno a categorías como curriculum y educación  superior y se concretó con los resultados obtenidos  en la investigación de campo con la facultad y los  estudiantes. Los datos obtenidos orientaron las  propuestas de acciones que parecían más adecuadas al contexto de la pandemia. O currículo do curso de Design-Moda da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) é objeto de constantes reflexões, tanto por parte do seu Colegiado, quanto do Núcleo Docente Estruturante (NDE), que considera o aluno, o professor, a instituição, o mercado, o cenário sociopolítico e as instâncias reguladoras do país. Se pensar o currículo em suas múltiplas dimensões já é um desafio por natureza, ampliam-se as dificuldades quando essa reflexão é exigida de modo urgente, frente a uma pandemia que nos afeta em todas as dimensões. O presente artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar os desafios e as possibilidades curriculares do curso de Design - Moda da UFC frente a Covid 19. Metodologicamente, esta é uma pesquisa-ação que se iniciou com a revisão bibliográfica em torno de categorias como currículo e educação superior e foi tomando corpo com os resultados obtidos em pesquisas de campo junto aos corpos docente e discente.
