IFCE Pecém’s vocational education policy: perceptions of students and alumni: percepções dos alunos e egressos

Resumo: Education-work-employment relations have played a major role in the arrangement and planning of modern western society. Furthermore, the influence that the French, American, and Industrial Revolutions have exerted on contemporary social relations is widely known, especially in terms of their contributions to the birth of new means of effecting social equality. Public Policy as an academic area is, so to speak, one of the youngest children of this process. It is worth noting that a public educational policy which is pedagogically driven by sovereign State laws shows up as a significant mechanism of political and social domination. Public policy determines, for instance, which sector of society should be trained and disciplined to occupy a worker’s position in the class division and, also, according to market needs, in which area a worker must be professionalized. This article aims to identify, through a questionnaire, the perceptions of those players, specifically active students and alumni, directly influenced by the IFCE Campus Pecém’s vocational education policy. It seeks to understand a student’s perceptions of the vocational education policy adopted by IFCE Pecém. There were literature review, documentary research (laws, decrees, contracts, and agreements), search on official websites, and application of forms to research subjects. It was found that both students and alumni regard the IFCE Pecém’s vocational education policy as something of high quality and great importance for developing the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex.

Además, es ampliamente conocida la influencia que las Revoluciones Francesa, Americana e Industrial han ejercido en las relaciones sociales contemporáneas, especialmente en cuanto a su contribución al nacimiento de nuevos medios para lograr la igualdad social. Las Políticas Públicas como área académica son, por así decirlo, una de las hijas menores de este proceso. Vale la pena señalar que una política educativa pública pedagógicamente impulsada por leyes soberanas del Estado se muestra como un importante mecanismo de dominación política y social. La política pública determina, por ejemplo, qué sector de la sociedad debe capacitarse y disciplinarse para ocupar un puesto de trabajador en la división de clases y, también, de acuerdo con las necesidades del mercado, en qué área debe profesionalizarse un trabajador. Este artículo tiene como objetivo identificar, a través de un cuestionario, las percepciones de aquellos actores, específicamente estudiantes activos y egresados, directamente influenciados por la política de educación profesional adoptada por IFCE Pecém. Se busca comprender las percepciones de los estudiantes sobre la política de educación profesional adoptada por IFCE Pecém. Hubo revisión de literatura, investigación documental (leyes, decretos, contratos y convenios), búsqueda en sitios web oficiales y aplicación de formularios a los sujetos de investigación. Se constató que tanto los alumnos como los egresados ​​consideran la política de educación profesional de IFCE Pecém como algo de alta calidad y de gran importancia para el desarrollo del Complejo Industrial y Portuario de Pecém.Les relations éducation-travail-emploi ont joué un rôle importante dans la mise en place et le formatage de la société occidentale moderne. Par ailleurs, l’influence qu’ont exercée les Révolutions Française, Américaine et Industrielle sur les rapports sociaux contemporains est notoire, notamment en ce qui concerne leurs contributions à la naissance de nouveaux moyens de réalisation de l’égalité sociale. La Politique Publique en tant que domaine académique est, pour ainsi dire, l’une des plus jeunes filles de ce processus. Il est à noter qu’une politique éducative publique guidée pédagogiquement par des lois étatiques souveraines se présente comme un important mécanisme de domination politique et sociale. La politique publique détermine, par exemple, quel secteur de la société doit être formé et discipliné pour occuper la position de travailleur dans la division de classe et, de plus, selon les demandes du marché, dans quel domaine le travailleur doit être professionnalisé. Cet article vise à identifier, à travers un questionnaire, les perceptions de ces acteurs, notamment les étudiants actifs et alumni, directement influencés par la politique de education professionnelle de l’IFCE Campus Pecém. Il s'agit de comprendre les perceptions que les étudiants ont de la politique de éducation professionnelle adoptée par l’IFCE Pecém. Une revue de la littérature, une recherche documentaire (lois, décrets, contrats et conventions), une consultation sur les sites officiels et l’application de formulaires aux sujets de recherche ont été réalisées. Il a été constaté que tant les étudiants que les alumni perçoivent la politique de éducation professionnelle de l’IFCE Pecém comme quelque chose de haute qualité et d’une grande importance pour le développement du Complexe Industriel et Portuaire de Pecém.As relações educação-trabalho-emprego tiveram uma significativa parcela de contribuição na montagem e formatação da sociedade ocidental moderna. Ademais, é notória a influência que as Revoluções Francesa, Americana e Industrial têm exercido nas relações sociais contemporâneas, sobretudo quanto às suas contribuições com o nascimento de novos meios de efetivação da igualdade social. As Políticas Públicas como área acadêmica estão, por assim dizer, entre as filhas mais jovens desse processo. Ressalta-se que uma política pública educacional balizada pedagogicamente por leis estatais soberanas se apresenta como importante mecanismo de dominação política e social. A política pública determina, por exemplo, qual setor da sociedade deve ser treinado e disciplinado para ocupar a posição de operário na divisão de classe e, além disso, segundo as demandas do mercado, em qual área o trabalhador deve ser profissionalizado. Este artigo visa a identificar, por meio de questionário, as percepções daqueles atores, especificamente alunos ativos e egressos, diretamente influenciados pela política de formação profissional do IFCE Campus Pecém. Busca-se compreender quais são as percepções dos estudantes acerca da política de educação profissional adotada pelo IFCE Pecém. Foram realizadas revisão bibliográfica, pesquisa documental (leis, decretos, contratos e convênios), consulta em sites oficiais e aplicação de formulários aos sujeitos de pesquisa.
