Rural Education and resistance: an analysis based on the Methodology of Geographical Installation

Resumo: The presente article shows reflections about Rural Education and Resistance. Its thematic is part of the essay in progress of Professional Master’s in Education at Regional University of Cariri – URCA, whose objective is to analyze resistance practices in the countryside. Therefore, it seeks to situate historically the context of Education for rural people, which highlights an education model that favors the state of domination of agrarian elites over rural workers, elevating productivity in the countryside and avoiding the political and social weakening of patriarchy. This study is based on fundaments of Arroyo, Caldart and Molina (2011), Pires (2012) among others who helped us with the discussions and deepening about the thematic. From this problematization we bring the methodological proposal of the Geographical Installation idealized by Ribeiro (2013, 2016), that highlights the possibility of resistance to the homogeneous model of education.

El tema es parte de la disertación en curso, del Máster Profesional en Educación de la Universidad Regional de Cariri-URCA, cuyo objetivo es analizar las prácticas de resistencia en el campo. Con este fin, busca situar históricamente el contexto de la Educación para la gente del campo que evidencia un modelo de educación que favoreció el estado de dominio de las élites agrarias sobre los trabajadores, para aumentar la productividad en el campo y evitar el debilitamiento político y social del patriarcado. El estudio se basa en los fundamentos de Arroyo, Caldart y Molina (2011), Pires (2012). Entre otros que nos ayudaron con las discusiones y profundizar en el tema. De esta problematización, traemos la propuesta metodológica de la Instalación Geográfica, idealizada por Ribeiro (2014,2016) que muestra la posibilidad de resistencia al modelo homogéneo de educación.O presente artigo apresenta reflexões sobre Educação do Campo e resistência. A temática é parte da dissertação em andamento, do Mestrado Profissional em Educação da Universidade Regional do Cariri- URCA, cujo objetivo é analisar práticas de resistência no campo. Para tanto, busca situar historicamente o contexto da Educação destinada aos povos do campo que evidencia um modelo EDUCACIONAL que favorecia o estado de dominação das elites agrárias sobre os trabalhadores, elevar a produtividade no campo e evitar o enfraquecimento político e social do patriarcalismo. O estudo baseia-se nos fundamentos de Arroyo, Caldart e Molina (2011), Pires (2012). Dentre outros que nos ajudaram com as discussões e aprofundamento sobre a temática.
