Business pedagogy and its training spaces

Resumo: | This study aimed to reflect on the pedagogue's formal and non-formal performance and the attributions of the Business Pedagogue. It is understood that the pedagogue can act in several spaces beyond that historically destined to the teacher: the classroom. To this end, the methodological contribution of the research was based on the qualitative approach (GHEDIN; FRANCO, 2011), supported by bibliographic and field research, which was supported by an interview (MINAYO, 2013), this was taken as a basis for relating the pedagogue's experiences in companies. As a theoretical support, we use the studies of Libâneo (2010), Tardif (2012), Holtz (2006), Ribeiro (2010), Trevisan and Lameira (2003) and Setubal (2010). It is concluded that the Pedagogue has gained notoriety in other spaces that go beyond the limits of the school environment, and has sparked healthy discussions that could bring return to training and to all scenarios that it can act. |

Compreende-se que o pedagogo pode atuar em vários espaços além daquele historicamente destinado ao professor: a sala de aula. Para tal, o aporte metodológico da pesquisa deu-se a partir da abordagem qualitativa (GHEDIN; FRANCO, 2011), amparada em pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, que teve como suporte uma entrevista (MINAYO, 2013), esta foi tomada como base para relacionar as experiências do Pedagogo nas empresas. Como subsídio teórico recorremos aos estudos de Libâneo (2010), Tardif (2012), Holtz (2006), Ribeiro (2010), Trevisan e Lameira (2003) e Setubal (2010).
