Teaching in a Context of Violence: Reflections on the Socioeducator’s Work

Resumo: The present work deals objectively, with the fundamental concern of teaching and the question of urban violence in everyday life. Based on this principle, it seeks in the theorists approached here, an answer to questions raised. Know the procedures applied in the recovery of the adolescent or young person involved in this violence, if the socio-educational measures applied by the State, are capable of reintegrating them into society. Check when this passage, the young person is returned fully recovered, under the vision of the socio-educator and his role within this process of resocialization. Also seeking to identify the difficulties encountered by the socio-educator in their pedagogical practices and how regular education is carried out with young people in conflict with the law and the assessment in which the socio-educator is scored. Finally, interpret in the light of official documents whether the care offered to young interns is in accordance with the rights of children and adolescents and in accordance with human rights.

Partindo desse princípio, vai buscar nos teórico aqui abordados, respostas para questões levantadas a rigor. Saber dos procedimentos aplicados na recuperação do adolescente ou jovem envolvido com essa violência, se as medidas socioeducativas aplicadas pelo Estado, são capazes de reintegrá-lo à sociedade.Verificar quando dessa passagem, o jovem é devolvido totalmente recuperado, sob a visão do socioeducador e seu papel dentro desse processo de ressocialização. Buscando também identificar as dificuldades encontradas pelo socioeducador em suas práticas pedagógicas e como é realizado o ensino regular junto aos jovens em conflito com a lei e a avaliação na qual é pontuado o socioeducador.
