Resumo: This qualitative-exploratory-descriptive article used a bibliographic search, focusing on the fourth target in force in the National Education Plan - PNE 2014-2024. It aimed to understand the challenges and perspectives outlined in the aforementioned National Plan for inclusive education, in order to advance in terms of access to basic education and specialized care for those with some disability or disorder. In view of this, the problem is inserted in analyzing how the Inclusive Education policy has been developed by educational institutions. To support this research, Saviani (2017), Martins and Leite (2014), Matos and Mendes (2014), Law No. 13,005 / 2014, LDBN No. 9394/96, among others, were used. The results indicate that there is a need to offer education professionals adequate training to promote inclusive education, as well as the expansion of investments that guarantee sustainability and permanence in teaching maintenance.

Objetivou perceber os desafios e as perspectivas traçadas no referido Plano Nacional para a educação inclusiva, a fim de se avançar quanto ao acesso à educação básica e o atendimento especializado para aqueles com alguma deficiência ou transtorno. Diante disso, a problemática se insere em analisar como a política de Educação Inclusiva vem sendo desenvolvida pelas instâncias educacionais. Para subsidiar essa pesquisa, recorreu-se a Saviani (2017), Martins e Leite (2014), Matos e Mendes (2014), a Lei de nº 13.005/2014, a LDBN nº 9394/96, dentre outros.
