The supervised internship of students with disabilities in an inclusive perspective

Resumo: Higher education policies for the training of teachers who teach and accompany the supervised internship still become incipient and ineffective when one perceives the difficulty of inserting the Special Education Target Public (PAEE). This paper aimed to discuss the relationships that permeate the practice of supervised internship with interns who have disabilities. The methodological path followed was through bibliographic research, based notably on authors such as Pimenta and Lima (2017), Candau (2014) and Bego (2016). The results point to the need for a review of the management instruments to assist the PAEE and that the guiding teachers find in the PEI (Individualized Educational Plan) a tool in the service of an inclusive practice. It is concluded that in this way, new configurations and perceptions can be reached that increase the participation and reception of the person with disabilities in the internship field.

Este estudo teve como objetivo discutir sobre as relações que permeiam a prática do estágio supervisionado com estagiários que possuem deficiência. O caminho metodológico percorrido se deu através da pesquisa bibliográfica, com base notadamente em autores como Pimenta e Lima (2017), Candau (2014) e Bego (2016). Os resultados indicaram a necessidade de uma revisão dos instrumentos de gestão para o atendimento ao PAEE e que os professores orientadores encontrem no PEI (Plano Educacional Individualizado) uma ferramenta a serviço de uma prática inclusiva.
