The proliferation of E-learning: problematizing some discourses

Resumo: This work aims to problematize some discourses that deal with the proliferation of E-learning and the relationship with new forms of government and subjective kidnapping. As empirical material, six articles were selected on the Scielo portal that are related to the theme of Distance Learning and Degrees. These were analyzed based on Michel Foucault's theories, more specifically his writings on discourse analysis and governmentality. In view of our analysis, it was possible to perceive that the ideas brought in the writings about flexibility, freedom and innovation seem to us to be a mistake. We conclude that E-learning teaching produces new forms of mechanisms and control regulated by new control devices, such as immaterial work relations. These present a false sense of choice for individuals, when in turn they establish a new discourse with new forms of subjectivation and new control mechanisms. Finally, we can say that the analyzed discourses end up disseminating and further strengthening the allegations which they seek to suppress.

Como material empírico, foram selecionados, no portal Scielo, seis artigos que fazem relação com a temática Modalidade a Distância e licenciaturas. Estes foram analisados tomando como fundamento as teorizações de Michel Foucault, mais especificamente seus escritos sobre análise do discurso e governamentalidade. Diante da análise foi possível perceber que as ideias trazidas nos escritos sobre flexibilidade, liberdade e inovação são equivocadas. Concluímos que o ensino EaD produz novas formas de mecanismos e controle, como as relações imateriais de trabalho. Estas apresentam uma falsa sensação de escolha dos indivíduos, quando por sua vez instauram um novo discurso com novas formas de subjetivação e novos mecanismos de controle.
