Resumo: | This work intends to analyze the perception of teachers and school managers in the face of the COVID 19 pandemic scenario. The considerations presented here arise from remote meetings entitled "Dialogues on the challenges of Public Education Policies in times of Pandemic", which complemented the reflections on Public Policies of Education in times of pandemic, introduced by the study of the work, A cruel pedagogy of the Virus, by Boaventura Santos Sousa. What emerged from these meetings reflected the anxieties of education professionals in the face of isolation, as well as the need to reinvent themselves while taking hold of new technological expedients to try to alleviate the negative impacts of the pandemic on schooling virtual. |

As considerações apresentadas aqui surgem a partir encontros remotos intitulados “Diálogos sobre desafios das Políticas Públicas de Educação em tempos de Pandemia”, que complementaram as reflexões sobre Políticas Públicas de Educação em tempos de pandemia, introduzidas pelo estudo da obra, A cruel pedagogia do Vírus, de Boaventura Santos Sousa. O que surgiu a partir desses encontros refletiu as angústias dos profissionais de educação diante do cenário de isolamento, bem como, a necessidade de se reinventarem ao mesmo tempo em que apossavam- se de novos expedientes tecnológicos para tentar amenizar os impactos negativos da pandemia na escolarização virtual.
