Resumo: This work aims to analyze the impacts that the pandemic state imposed on the most vulnerable social classes, when they sought to satisfy their rights and guarantees, through judicial protection. It addresses the right to access to justice in the current constitutional order and the way it is implemented for the vulnerable part of society. The discussion also permeates how the technology contributed to the continuity of the justice service, both in an inclusive and exclusionary way. It also analyzes the Report "Justice in Numbers", published by the National Council of Justice in 2021, which presents the results of the action and the policies adopted by the Judiciary during the pandemic period
