Resumo: The work sought to report the creation of educational videos and, in addition, to understand the perception of pedagogy students about the production and use of videos in classes. The research has a qualitative approach, carried out with undergraduate students in Pedagogy at a State University in the interior of Ceará. For the creation of the videos, the following themes were addressed: environment, oral health, sexuality, exploitation of child labor and citizenship. In the perception of the undergraduate students, the use of educational videos as a pedagogical practice, is in charge of better taking advantage of the contents of the classes, arousing the students' curiosity, besides promoting reflective dialogues. Based on the process of contextualizing educational knowledge with the reality experienced by students, the videos help to promote the quality of teaching and learning.

A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, realizada com licenciandos em Pedagogia de uma Universidade Estadual do interior do Ceará. Para a criação dos vídeos foram abordadas as seguintes temáticas: meio ambiente, saúde bucal, sexualidade, exploração do trabalho infantil e cidadania. Na percepção dos licenciandos, o uso de vídeos educativos como prática pedagógica, encarrega-se de melhor aproveitar os conteúdos das aulas, despertando a curiosidade dos educandos, além de promover diálogos reflexivos.
