Training and teaching work: a reflection on the Hour-activity in the municipality of Crateús-CE

Resumo: The work entitled “Training and teaching work: a reflection on the hour-activity in the municipality of Crateús-CE,” seeks to present results achieved from the writing of a monographic text. It is discussed initially  the historical and legal bases that ensure the existence of the moment known as teaching activity-hour, also comprising a documentary research, supported by the national and municipal laws, added to two interviews, conducted with the contribution of union leaders. Initially, literature searches were conducted and the writings of Ferreira (2016), Scholochuski (2017), Furtado and Aguiar (2019) were chosen, among other authors who discuss the subject in question. Upon completion of the work, it was concluded that the achievement of the right to teaching time-activity specifically in the municipality of Crateús was the result of a great struggle by the teachers, which guaranteed the pioneering spirit of the municipality concerning the implementation of this important right for the category and for an education project.

É discorrido inicialmente sobre as bases históricas e legais que asseguram a existência do momento conhecido como hora-atividade docente, compreendendo também uma pesquisa de caráter documental, apoiada em leis nacionais e municipais, somadas a duas entrevistas, realizadas com a contribuição de líderes sindicais. De início realizou-se pesquisas na literatura e escolhidos os escritos de Ferreira (2016), Scholochuski (2017), Furtado e Aguiar (2019), dentre outros autores que discutem a temática em questão.
