Resumo: | With Covid-19, Faces Shields (FS) became a priority in healthcare services, aiming at the safety of professionals and patients. Diverse resources have been mobilized to produce alternatives. This case study reports the development of two FS alternatives (manual and additive manufacturing), in a cross-action of three teams (Health, Production and Design), based on User-Centered Design. The results are characterized by innovation; conformity (to national standards); and celerity. |
