Resumo: This paper discusses the necessary aspects for the inclusion of PwDs in companies. The objective of the research is to verify, through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the factors identified in the literature that allow a satisfactory experience for employers and employees. The selected studies indicate the use of Assistive Technology (AT) as the most important factor mentioned by the authors, who unanimously see benefit in their use. However, other issues appear differently among the studies, such as the training of the employees.

O objetivo da pesquisa é verificar, por meio de uma Revisão Bibliográfica Sistemática (RBS), quais os fatores identificados na literatura que permitem uma experiência satisfatória para contratantes e contratados. Os estudos selecionados indicaram o uso de Tecnologia Assistiva (TA) como o fator mais citado pelos autores, que veem benefício em seu uso de forma unânime.
