Resumo: In this assay we will go to search to clarify the meaning of the toyotism and the "capture" of the subjectivity, object of reflection of industrial sociology. The spirit of the toyotism has structuralized the capitalist innovations of the last decades, having assumed a notable ideological power whose values characterize the "predominant moment" of the complex of productive reorganization in the age of the globalization of the capital.
