The dialectics of productive restructuring: the processuality between Fordism, Taylorism and Toyotism

The text addresses the organic relations of rupture and continuity between forms of work organization characterized as fordism, taylorism and toyotism, noting that such relations are historically determined and combined with each other dialectically. The purpose of this paper is to present an argument demonstrating the materiality of social relations in the form of capitalist sociality through management models fordist work, taylor and toyotist and its reverberation in organizational theories that comprise the so-called General Theory of Administration. Specifically, it is the prospect of rescuing processuality between these models and highlight the dialectical and historical character of the different moments of productive capital restructuring, especially during the twentieth century in order to demonstrate that there is a procedural and organic line between them. The methodology relies on the method of historical materialism research followed the method of dialectical analysis, using as instruments the literature search and document analysis.
