Resumo: | Abstract: This paper aims to analyze how the passenger service performed on motorcycles was regulated in Brazil. Therefore, from an analytical way, will be see state action to normalize the working relationships between individuals and groups. You will see the regulatory discussion on the motorcycle taxi service, supported by the Federal Constitution of Brazil in 1988, the Brazilian Traffic Code, regulations, practices in Municipalities, States, Federal District and the Union, the regulation via the National Traffic Council and the issue of road safety. Methodologically, there was literature review to satisfy themselves that the information presented. Conclusively, the motorcycle taxi service was regulated in Brazil, because it represents a form of work activity.Keywords: Motorcycle. Regulation. Transportation. Traffic. |

Traffic.Resumo: Este trabalho objetiva analisar a forma como o serviço de transporte de passageiros realizado em motocicletas foi regulamentado no Brasil. Para tanto, a partir de uma forma analítica, ver-se-á a ação estatal normatizando as relações de trabalho entre os indivíduos e grupos. Será apresentada a discussão regulamentadora em torno do serviço de mototáxi, com suporte na Constituição Federal do Brasil de 1988, no Código de Trânsito Brasileiro, as práticas de regulamentações nos Municípios, Estados, Distrito Federal e na União, a normatização via Conselho Nacional de Trânsito e a questão da segurança no trânsito. Metodologicamente, realizou-se revisão bibliográfica para certificarem-se as informações apresentadas. Conclusivamente, o serviço de mototáxi foi regulamentado, no Brasil, por representar uma forma de atividade de trabalho.Palavras-chave: Motocicleta. Regulamentação. Transporte.
