DIALOGISM IN THE DISCUSSION FORUMS IN ONLINE EDUCATION

Resumo: The digital genre, Discussion Forums, if constitutes as the main instrument of asynchronous communication and interaction of the Education in the distance online. Essentially a space of debates, in the education/learning modality, the Forum possess a pedagogical character, instrument that can promote of the collective and collaborative construction of the knowledge in Virtual Environments of Learning. The use of the dialogic language practiced by Educators and learners in Forums should, in thesis, to stimulate the debate, specifically the verbal interaction between these interlocutors. This article searched to analyze the verbal communication between educators and learners in Discussion Forums. When analyzing a Forum promoted in a course in the modality Blended Learning, on the basis of the Dialogism, theoretical boarding presented by Bakhtin (1995, 2011), and in studies of the EAD as Moore and Kearsley (2010) and Cabral and Cavalcante (2010), this work evidenced that, even integral of language, the Dialogism still is hidden in discourses in this genre, harming the interaction and collaborative construction of knowledge in modality. Essencialmente um espaço de debates, na modalidade de ensino/aprendizagem o Fórum possui um caráter pedagógico, instrumento que promoveria a construção coletiva e colaborativa do conhecimento em Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem. O uso da linguagem dialógica praticada por Educadores e Educandos em Fóruns deveria, em tese, estimular o debate, especificamente a interação verbal entre esses interlocutores. Este artigo buscou analisar a comunicação verbal entre educadores e educandos em Fóruns de Discussão. Ao analisar um Fórum promovido em um curso na modalidade Blended Learning, com base no Dialogismo, abordagem teórica apresentada por Bakhtin (1995, 2011), e em estudos da EAD como Moore e Kearsley (2010) e Cabral e Cavalcante (2010), este trabalho constatou que, mesmo construto da linguagem, o Dialogismo ainda se encontra de forma oculta nos discursos empreendidos no gênero, prejudicando a interação e a colaboração no processo de construção do conhecimento na modalidade.UEL2014-12-26info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionAvaliado pelos paresPesquisa exploratória.
