Resumo: This study aimed to discuss the main issues that cross the Child-Juvenil Psychosocial Care Center (CAPSi) and the way in which knowledge about this service is produced. It’s an integrative review of articles from researches carried out in CAPSi units, published between 2002 and 2017 and indexed in the databases of PePSIC and SciELO. “CAPSi” was used as the search term. The final survey resulted in 29 articles. The prevalence of the qualitative method was identified; interviews as the most used data collection technique; prevalence of research carried out in the Southeast region, and expressive number of researches developed by Federal and State Universities and the main issues facing child-juvenil psychosocial attention. The review also indicates a high rate of referral of cases to CAPSi that refer to questions of learning and conduct, as well as the lack of knowledge of the population about the services offered by CAPSi.

Se trata de una revisión integrativa de artículos que son fruto de investigaciones realizadas en unidades CAPSi, publicados entre 2002 y 2017, indexados en las bases huellas PePSIC y SciELO. Se utilizó “CAPSi” como término de investigación. El levantamiento final resultó en 29 artículos. Se identificó prevalencia del método cualitativo; entrevistas como técnica de recolección de datos más utilizada; prevalencia de investigaciones realizadas en la región Sudeste; número expresivo de investigaciones desarrolladas por Universidades Federales y Estatales y las principales cuestiones se plantean ante la atención psicosocial infanto-juvenil. La revisión también indica una alta tasa de derivación de casos a CAPSi que se refieren a cuestiones de aprendizaje y conducta, así como falta de conocimiento de la población sobre los servicios ofrecidos por CAPSi.Este estudo objetivou discutir as principais questões que atravessam o Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infanto-Juvenil (CAPSi) e a forma em que é produzido o conhecimento sobre esse serviço. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de artigos frutos de pesquisas realizadas em unidades CAPSi, publicados entre 2002 e 2017 e indexados nas bases dedados PePSIC e SciELO. Utilizou-se a palavra-chave “CAPSi” como termo de pesquisa. O levantamento final resultou em 29 artigos. Identificou-se a prevalência do método qualitativo; entrevistas como técnica de coleta de dados mais utilizada; prevalência de pesquisas realizadas na região Sudeste; número expressivo de pesquisas desenvolvidas por Universidades Federais e Estaduais e as principais questões se colocam diante à atenção psicossocial infanto-juvenil.
