CONTINUOUS EDUCATION IN INCLUSIVE PERSPECTIVE: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEA AND CLASSROOM TEACHERS’

Resumo: | In this work, the aim was to analyze, by the emerging discourse on group formation, the relationship built in the daily school teachers between the lounge and the SEA and its impact on the inclusive process. To do so, participated in continuing education group 22 teachers of the two areas, a course offered by the Studies Group of Language and Alternative Communication from the Federal University of Sergipe in partnership with the education administrations of the state of Sergipe and Socorro city, a survey outlined the theoretical framework of historical-cultural matrix and theoretical the methodological-critical collaborative action research. It was observed that the incipient nature of the possibilities of meeting between the teachers’ lounge and SEA room reflect the gap in systematic and collaborative joint that needs to be undertaken so that the inclusive process take other contours. When such space-times are designed, conflicts and approaches may emerge doings/ knowledge of very transformation processes necessary for the real understanding of the assumption of the paradigm of inclusion. |

Neste trabalho, o objetivo consistiu em analisar, mediante os discursos emergentes na formação em grupo, a relação construída no cotidiano escolar entre professores da sala comum e do AEE e suas repercussões para o processo inclusivo. Para tanto, participaram do grupo de formação continuada 22 professores dos dois âmbitos, num curso proposto pelo Grupo de Estudos da Linguagem e Comunicação Alternativa (Gelc) da Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS) em parceria com as gestões da educação estadual de Sergipe e do município de Socorro, numa pesquisa delineada pelos pressupostos teóricos da matriz histórico-cultural e teórico-metodológicos da pesquisa-ação colaborativo-crítica, amparados ainda nas técnicas do método do Grupo de Discussão (GD). Todos os encontros foram filmados e as falas foram integralmente transcritas e registradas. Observou-se que a incipiência das possibilidades de encontro entre professores da sala comum e da sala de AEE refletem o hiato existente na articulação sistemática e colaborativa que precisa ser empreendida para que o processo inclusivo assuma outros contornos. Quando tais espaços-tempos são concebidos, dos conflitos e aproximações podem emergir fazeres/conhecimentos que suscitam processos de transformações necessárias ao real entendimento da assunção do paradigma da inclusão.
