On the principle of equality of opportunity to education

Resumo: This article approaches the principle of equal possibilities on education access. Man has this natural wishto learn and improve the well-known knowledge of what is already known. It could be compared to thevery desire to live with dignity. The state of being illiterate limits communication and hinders awareness.It is presented as a humiliating phenomenon. Equality of opportunity is a key objective of the educationpolicy in a democratic society and is linked to the individual freedom and the expansion of education.There is an almost complete coincidence to say that the democratization of education and equality ofopportunity are interdependent issues. Generally, the democratization of education is viewed as beingopen to all levels and as a means of large-scale deployment of a formal schooling. However, public sectorresources remain insufficient with respect to expansion of the system, and we believe that equal chanceswill be more feasible when the state financially support private initiativeseducation.

El analfabetismo, que limita la comunicación y dificulta el conocimiento, se presenta como un fenómeno humillante. La igualdad de oportunidades es una de las finalidades fundamentales de la política educativa en una sociedad democrática y se relaciona con la libertad de las personas y la expansión de la enseñanza. Hay una coincidencia casi absoluta en afirmar que la democratización de la enseñanza y la igualdad de oportunidades son problemas interdependientes. En términos generales, la democratización de la enseñanza se concibe como el acceso abierto a sus distintos niveles y como la difusión, en gran escala, de una enseñanza extraescolar, diferente de la alfabetización de adultos. A pesar de todo, los recursos que provienen del sector público siguen siendo insuficientes en relación con la expansión del sistema, por eso creemos que la igualdad de oportunidades será más factible cuando el Estado ayude económicamente al sostenimiento de iniciativas educativas particulares. Este artigo aborda o princípio de igualdade nas posibilidades de acesso a educação, o homem tem umdesejo natural de conhecer o conhecido e melhorar o conhecimento do que já é conhecido pode sercomparável com o próprio desejo de viver com dignidade. O analfabetismo, que limita a comunicação edificulta o conhecimento, é apresentado como um fenômeno humilhante. A igualdade de oportunidades éum dos objetivos fundamentais da política de educação em uma sociedade democrática e está relacionadacom a liberdade dos indivíduos e da expansão da educação. Há uma coincidência quase total para dizerque a democratização da educação e da igualdade de oportunidades são problemas interdependentes. Emgeral, a democratização do ensino é visto como acesso aberto a todos os níveis e como meio dedisseminação em larga escala, de uma educação formal.
