Resumo:  The printed issue, source and object of this research is the magazine A Escola, a journal prod uced by a Club of public teachers of Parana / Curitiba from 1906 to 1910, taken as a guide for reflection. The questionings that directed this writing were: At times of emerging republic, which role, the    magazine's staff, particularly its editor, Dario Vellozo, aimed to school? What issues used to be the most  highlighted regarding the formation of teacher of Paraná in the newly established Brazilian republic? The  Press specialized in education and teaching, is evidenced, as a center of information, as it shows ways to  produce and disseminate speeches. These, allow objectify the understanding of the dynamics which  includes the production of educational narratives and their articulations with the construction of a  historical-educational identity(ies) wanted by both teacher and student from Curitiba from the nascent  Brazilian republic.

El período temporal de r eflexión fue de 1906 a 1910. Los cuestionamientos que dirigieron este artículo fueron: ¿en tiempos de la n aciente República, teniendo en cuenta su función, en la que los colaboradores de la revista (espe cialmente el editor Dario Vellozo) ayudaron a la escuela? ¿Qué temas estaban en mayor evidencia con  respecto a la formación del profesor paranaense en la recién establecida República brasileña? La prensa  especializada en educación y enseñanza se evidencia como un núcleo de información. En otras palabras, la  prensa especializada muestra formas de producir y difundir discursos. Esto permite el objetivo de  entender la dinámica que engloba la producción de narrativas educativas en sus articulaciones con la  construcción de identidades, históricas-educativas, destinadas al profesor y para el estudiante curitibano  de la recién República brasileña.O impresso, fonte e objeto da pesquisa, é a revista A Escola, um periódico produzido pelo Grêmio de professores públicos do Paraná/Curitiba no período de 1906 a 1910, tomados como balizadores temporais para a reflexão. Os questionamentos que direcionaram essa escrita foram: Em tempos de república nascente, qual função, os colaboradores da revista, em particular seu editor, Dario Vellozo,  destinavam à escola? Quais temáticas estiveram em maior evidência no que tange a formação do professor  paranaense na recém instaurada república brasileira?
