THE FRACTAL GEOMETRY AND THE TYPES OF TASKS PROPOSED IN HIGH SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS

Resumo: | The current article presents the results obtained during a scientific initiation research, whose objective was to analyze two collections of textbooks about the teaching of Fractal Geometry with the support of the Anthropological Theory of Didactics, by Yves Chevallard. Studying elements of Fractal Geometry fosters the development of geometric thinking and the exploration of diverse mathematical concepts through geometric constructions that are often appealing to students due to the visual beauty inherent in fractals. Furthermore, we inform that in addition to the visual beauty of fractals, we took as a principle in this work a Mathematical Organization, base don the investigation of the types of tasks included in the approaches to Fractal Geometry in textbooks of the New High School, approved by the Plano Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD) of 2021. By investigatingand classifying such types of tasks, we identified skills and objects f knowledge present in the National Common Curricular Base. |

El presente artículo presenta los resultados obtenidos durante uma investigación científica de iniciación, cuyo objetivo fue analizar dos colecciones de libros de texto sobre educación en Geometría Fractal con el respaldo de la Teoría Antropológica de la Didáctica, de Yves Chevallard. El estudio de elementos de la Geometría Fractal promueve el pensamiento geométrico, así como la exploración de diferentes conceptos matemáticos a través de construcciones geométricas que generalmente resultan atractivas para los estudiantes debido a la belleza visual presente en los fractales. Además, informamos que tomamos como principio en este trabajo una Organización Matemática, basada en la investigación de tipos de tareas en enfoques de la Geometría Fractal en los libros de texto de la Nueva Educación Secundaria, aprobados por el Programa Nacional de Libro y Material Didáctico de 2021. Al investigar y clasificar estas tareas, identificamos habilidades y objetos de conocimiento presentes en la Base Nacional Común Curricular.O presente artigo detém resultados obtidos durante uma pesquisa de iniciação científica, cujo objetivo foi analisar duas coleções de livros didáticos do Ensino Médio acerca do ensino da geometria dos fractais. O estudo de elementos da geometria dos fractais propicia o desenvolvimento do pensamento geométrico, bem como a exploração de diferentes conceitos matemáticos através de construções geométricas que, geralmente são atrativas aos alunos devido a beleza visual e seu padrão de regularidade, presentes nos fractais. Outrossim, além da beleza visual dos fractais, recorreu-se como aporte teórico e metodológico, à Teoria Antropológica do Didático, de Yves Chevallard, a qual possibilitou uma Organização Matemática com base na investigação dos tipos de tarefas contemplados nas abordagens de geometria dos fractais nos livros didáticos analisados e aprovados pelo Programa Nacional do Livro e do Material Didático (PNLD) de 2021.
