Resumo: The presence of traditional knowledge and emerging (and divergent) epistemologies remains present in current discussions about the place of psychoanalysis in the Brazilian social and political fields. They carry out critical readings on Brazilian society and culture, proposing ways of participating in psychoanalysis as a tool for effective transformations. This implies that post-colonial, decolonial groups, themes and readings, feminist, queer and trans philosophies, ethnic-racial problematizations and anti-racist activism have been gaining ground and leading to shifts in the ways of operating with psychoanalysis in its clinic, training, institutions, in training institutions themselves, in collectives and at the university. We propose a reflection on these plots based on Lacanian psychoanalysis and the broader field of ethnopsy (ethnopsychology, ethnopsychoanalysis and ethnopsychiatry).
