Resumo: The aim of this research was to evaluate the winter green fertilization effects related to three rates of NPK, in sunflower crop under prepared method, through agronomical characteristics of grain yield and components. The experimental design was split plot, with four replications. The number of each plot represented the preparation method (tillage and no-tillage), the sub-plot represented the winter green fertilization (black oat and spontaneous vegetation) related to three rates of NPK (00-00-00; 10-45-45 e 20-90-90 kg ha-1). The tillage and no-tillage systems did not affect the agronomical characteristics, nor grain yield and components in sunflower crop. The green fertilization improved sunflower growth, grain yield and edible oil. The fertilization with black oat caused a decrease in the mineral fertilizer dose in the sunflower crop and higher development and average length of the radicular system.
