Resumo: | A performance experiments was carried out to verify the effects of the inclusion of the increasing levels (0, 3% and 6,0%) of fish silage in diets of growing pigs. Eighteen female pigs were used Moura and crossbred Duroc x Moura, with medium weight 24,0± 3,0kg of and medium age of 90 days and eighteen male pigs Moura and crossbred Duroc x Moura, with medium weight of 31,5± 5,0kg and medium age of 70 days in randomized with three treatments and six replicates for treatments. The inclusion of increasing levels of SSFP in rations of growing pigs increased the ration consumption without influencing the weigh diary gain and feed conversation. Sensorial differences were not detected as for the meat of the animals fed with SSFP, except for the flavor parameter, that was more accentuated in the animals fed with six percent of SSFP and temperat with salt. |

Foram utilizadas 18 leitoas da raça Moura e mestiças Duroc x Moura com peso médio de 24,0 ± 3,0kg e idade média de 70 dias e 18 leitões da raça Moura e mestiços Duroc x Moura com peso médio de 31,5 ± 5,0kg e idade média de 90 dias, em delineamento ao acaso com três tratamentos e seis repetições por tratamento. A inclusão de níveis crescentes de SSFP em rações de suínos em crescimento aumentou o consumo de ração sem influenciar o ganho diário de peso e a conversão alimentar.
