Monitoring and pedagogical support of “segundo tempo” program of ministry of sports

Resumo: This descriptive descriptive documentary research aimed to analyze the pedagogical recommendations issued by the Collaborating Teams and registered in the instruments of evaluation of on site visit, with a view to understanding the effectiveness of the strategy of accompaniment and pedagogical advice adopted by the Segundo Tempo Program. For this purpose, 260 on-site evaluation instruments were used as data sources, which are elaborated based on the accompaniment and pedagogical advice of the Collaborating Teams along with the agreements served by the Segundo Tempo Program. For the treatment of the data, we used descriptive statistics and the technique of content analysis. It was observed that the pedagogical support of the Collaborating Teams is an important action for the organization of work in the agreements to meet the pedagogical guidelines of the program, indicating the relevance of this strategy for the qualification of the service offered in the educational sports nucleus. Completion mode means that the strategy adopted by the program to monitor and advise the pedagogical work stands as an essential action for the qualification of the pedagogical proposal of the Segundo Tempo Program.

Para tanto, foram utilizados, como fonte de dados, 260 instrumentos de avaliação in loco, os quais são elaborados a partir do acompanhamento e assessoria pedagógica das Equipes Colaboradoras junto aos convênios atendidos pelo Programa Segundo Tempo. Para o tratamento dos dados, recorreu-se à estatística descritiva e à técnica de análise de conteúdo. Observou-se que o suporte pedagógico das Equipes Colaboradoras é uma ação em pontencial para a organização do trabalho nos convênios para atendimento das diretrizes pedagógicas do programa, indicando a relevância dessa estratégia para a qualificação do atendimento ofertado nos núcleos de esporte educacional.
