FROM THE LINGUISTIC MODEL TO THE INTELLECTUAL STIMULUS: for a “dewesternized” look at land ownership rights

Resumo: The text proposes to “desacralize” or “dewesternize” the concept of “property”, whose sacralization has served to elude the study of social relations, that is, between social groups. This way of seeing property was consolidated in Western Europe in a context of great transformations and consisted of seeking the sacralization of existing property rights based on an apparently new language. To that end, we took into consideration the important steps taken by scholars from different historiographical schools in the process of deconstruction of the paradigm of absolute ownership.

To that end, we took into consideration the important steps taken by scholars from different historiographical schools in the process of deconstruction of the paradigm of absolute ownership.  El texto propone “desacralizar”, o “desoccidentalizar”, el concepto de “propiedad”, cuya sacralización ha servido para eludir el estudio de las relaciones sociales, es decir, entre los grupos sociales. Esta manera de ver la propiedad se consolidó en Europa occidental en un contexto de grandes transformaciones y consistió en procurar la sacralización de los derechos de propiedad existentes a partir de un lenguaje aparentemente nuevo. Por lo tanto, se consideran de gran aporte las investigaciones de diversos estudiosos de distintas escuelas historiográficas en el proceso de deconstrucción del paradigma de una propiedad absoluta.Le texte propose de « désacraliser » ou de « désoccidentaliser » le concept de « propriété », dont la sacralisation a servi à éluder l'étude des rapports sociaux, c'est-à-dire entre groupes sociaux. Cette façon de voir la propriété s'est consolidée en Europe occidentale dans un contexte de grandes transformations et a consisté à rechercher la sacralisation des droits de propriété existants sur la base d'un langage apparemment nouveau. Par conséquent, il considère les étapes importantes franchies par les chercheurs de différentes écoles historiographiques dans le processus de déconstruction du paradigme de la propriété absolue.  O texto se propõe a “dessacralizar” ou “desocidentalizar” o conceito de “propriedade”, cuja sacralização tem servido para iludir o estudo das relações sociais, ou seja, entre grupos sociais. Essa forma de ver a propriedade se consolidou na Europa Ocidental em um contexto de grandes transformações, consistido em buscar a sacralização dos direitos de propriedade existentes a partir de uma linguagem aparentemente nova.
